A restaurant nobody knew existed decided not to pay anyone to change that.
No paid influencers, no barter deals. Just content about the food, the space and the people behind it, started before the first table was even seated.
What was broken
A new restaurant about to open, with nothing online. No page, no content, no audience. The job wasn't to grow something that already existed. It was to build all of it from zero before launch, and make it stick after.
What we built
From day one, Instagram was treated as a way to bring people through the door, not a photo album for the menu. The content mixed food shots, the vibe of the place, reels with the owner and trending formats, posted four to six times a week with daily stories alongside. Ads only ran for festive campaigns and specific offers. The one rule that shaped everything: no paid influencers, no barter collabs. If a post wasn't earning its reach on its own, the fix was a better post.
What changed
627,000 views and 116,000 accounts reached, all organic. 1,699 followers, and not one of them paid for. The top reel crossed 104,000 views on its own. Instagram became a steady source of table bookings and event enquiries, with chats regularly moving to WhatsApp to close the deal.
